welcome

Hello,

I am pleased that you are visiting the website of the naturopathic practice health.witez.

The focus of my work is applied neurobiology according to Dr. Klinghardt':

Based on the kinesiological muscle test, causes of illness are determined on the physical, energetic and mental level and appropriate therapeutic approaches are offered.

Diagnosis

A detailed diagnosis is the basis of successful therapy. These are my four 'pillars':

(oh yes, common sense is used at all times)

Anamnese

detailed patient interview, questionnaire

Findings

Laboratory reports (the small blood count is very informative), x-rays

Physical examination

pulse, blood pressure, reflexes, palpation

Autonomic Response Test

so to speak, the 'continuation' of the physical examination
Chlorella
ART

Autonomic Response Test

The Autonomic Response Test (Video by Dr. Klinghardt) is a diagnostic system that is used in the last years in the USA by Dr. Klinghardt and Dr. Williams and was developed in collaboration with leading dentists, neurologists, orthopedists, chiropractors and healers.

The ART is a biofeedback-supported part of the patient's physical examination.

With ART, the autonomic nervous system (ANS) is used in its role as a mediator between all organs and cells in the body. Disturbances in the ANS communication system result in disruption to our health. With the help of kinesiological muscle testing, it is possible to examine the condition of the ANS and determine strains that impair its function.

5 levels

The five-level model

The five-level model (originally from yoga teachings) is based on the assumption that the human being is not just the physical appearance, but also exists (simultaneously) on four other levels.

The cause of a physical or mental illness can lie on any of these 5 levels. Illness-causing influences on the higher levels penetrate “downwards” and only then become visible and tangible as illness.

Therapy

My therapy tries to restore the body and mind's ability to regulate.

My four 'pillars' are:

Interference field treatment

tap & tone, Neural therapy

Nutrition

“Let food be thy medicine” a wise person once said, food can be a medicine or an allergen - with ART you can find out

MFT - Mental Field Techniques

tap & tone, eye movement und coloured glasses, APN

Remedies

Dietary supplements (orthomolecular medicine), plants + herbs, homeopathy according to Dr. Klinghardt
MFT

Mental Field Techniques

The MFT mental field techniques are based on the knowledge that mental states of tension and pain often arise when parts of the mental body separate from the physical body as a result of trauma.

Treatment consists of finding the separated or displaced parts, with or without testing.

The most important technique of MFT is tapping on specific acupuncture points, which is why it is also referred to as tapping therapy. This allows the split-off part to be reintegrated while the client thinks about difficult, traumatic situations or says a sentence that names the topic, e.g. anger, pain, sadness, and promotes self-acceptance.

PK

Psycho Kinesiology

In the psycho-kinesiological session, after a thorough discussion, the therapist has the opportunity to conduct a dialogue with the client's subconscious through muscle testing. Original traumatic events that were repressed are brought to light. By remembering, the client's associated pent-up feelings can be discharged and the original conflict can be permanently “uncoupled”.

Every traumatic event creates limiting beliefs in our subconscious that are stored for life. Phrases like “I am unlovable” or “I am weak” influence our behavior in daily life. The more limiting beliefs work through our subconscious, the more the body looks for a way out in the form of chronic complaints and pain of all kinds.

The aim of every treatment is to replace the beliefs that cause illness with new, liberating ones. In this way, permanent healing is possible without any shift in symptoms.
